I was contacted by Deana Luchia after one of her students recommended me to her. Deana teaches creative writing classes to individuals and groups, and wanted a website that clearly explained the services she offers.
Deana and I held meetings via Zoom. We looked at Weebly and Wix together, and eventually opted for Wix as it offered more design flexibility. I then created a draft site using the Wix ADI tool, which makes it easy to change the layout and move blocks of content around in the early stages of a build, whilst Deana worked on the copy.
Deana and I also worked together on a logo, using a paid-for image from iStock and a licenced font.
I also helped Deana move her domain from one registrar to another, set up a Wix newsletter template, set up a Facebook business page and provided instructions on how to update her blog and newsletter.
