I was recently contacted by Dawn Thein, a holistic therapist in Loughton, who wanted a new website; one that she could update herself.
We had an initial chat over the phone and I suggested that Weebly could be a good fit for her. I sent some examples of other sites I had built in Weebly and Dawn was quickly drawn to the simplicity of the site I had built for Karla King Cleaning.
At our initial meeting, we worked on the structure of the website and the layout of the pages, and discussed copy and photos.
Dawn then went away and reviewed all her existing copy and sent me her revised versions, and looked on Shutterstock and amongst her own photos for suitable artwork.
We then worked together by phone and email to finalise the photos - Shutterstock allows you to download preview versions of its images, so we were able to upload them to the site and review the photos in situ before Dawn committed to licencing them.
We then had a phone call to set up a G Suite account, so that Dawn could have a business mailbox, as well as a Google My Business page.
The final step was to provide Dawn with instructions and training on how to update the site herself.
