Large companies can afford a team of Project Managers, Designers, Coders and SEO specialists, but their online costs are huge. I am not a designer or a coder, but as an Online Project Manager, I do know websites and how to spec them out. Weebly allows someone like me to create a website using templates, and drag and drop functionality. Once the site is live, updating the site can be done in a matter of minutes - by me and/or my clients - which means no waiting around for changes to be made and extremely low maintenance costs.
